We want you to love your Colleenhoover fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your tags are still attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
